Selection and Placement
Application, Assessment, Qualification, Recruitment, Selection and Allocation (follow SRBA and ATEM policy)

Basic Salary, Wage:
Basic Salary must follow Labor Organization Law and Myanmar Baptist Ministerial Council Salary Wage which is applied to Myanmar national based on credential (e.g. masteral or doctoral, foreign or local degree), location and service. Increases of salary may depend on the provision of God and the seminary.

Benefit and Allowance:
Based on individual credential, performances, services, and circumstances (e.g., family) shall award and added to their basic salary.

Integration of Vision, Mission, and Objectives:
Every individual includes staff, faculty, and partner organization shall meet ANTS’ vision, mission and goal or objectives by agreement and singing the contract with the seminary.

Evaluation of Performance:
Fairness is a practice of seminary service and performances such as teaching and active participation will be evaluated.

Professional Development:
A full-time faculty whoever has earned three years of service at ANTS is supposed to pursue for advanced post graduate degree or post doctoral program in their respective field of study if there is scholarship or grant as a compensation for each selected faculty from the board of trustees.

Retirement Plan:
A full-time administration staff, faculty and staff are required to deposit 5% of their salary for retirement plan.
